Problem:

A mandated-choice modal fired the second users logged in. Three crystal-clear buttons, "Confirm", "Correction" and "I am not responsible for company data" kept the task friction-free. Records were pre-filled, so one click confirmed, another led straight to edits.

Outcome:

Twice as many companies updated their details in just 20 days.
