Now:

Quality wobbles. Pace drifts. No one agrees what “good” means.

Trigger test

Great, run this tactic.

Build

Pin the behaviour

Write the target action as verb + object.
Examples: “Log response time”, “Submit form”, “Complete drill".

  • Is this a behaviour that occurs inside a flow or habit loop?
  • Can a system log it automatically, or does it rely on self-report?

Group up

Group people into fair comparison sets based on task context.
Use dimensions like region, workload, tool access, or job scope.
Examples: Field team vs. office team, High-volume queue vs. specialist review.
